The app aims to offer an intuitive user interface, easy to use, affordable, and integrates seamlessly with the existing transportation infrastructure.
As the project manager, I played a critical role in guiding the project from inception to completion. Key contributions included defining the project scope and objectives, identifying and communicating with stakeholders, developing a comprehensive project charter, and meticulously planning the project timeline and budget. The project manager also facilitated regular sprints, managed resources, tracked progress, mitigated risks, and ensured clear communication across the team.
